Monday to Friday 0930-1700
 

Dr. Winkler’s Medical Office Assistant is Mrs. Rosemarie Chartier.

 

Appointments

Appointments are made only through a referring physician

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give
     the clinic 48 hours notice;
     if you fail to notify us, you will be billed for the lack
     of notification and no further appointments will be scheduled
     for you, as there are always patients who would
     be grateful for an earlier opportunity to be seen     

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment time

You may download and fill in the New Patient Form before you

     arrive

If you are late for your appointment, you may expect a longer

     wait or be required to rebook at a later date

If you feel your condition is becoming serious, do not wait for

     your appointment but seek emergency medical assistance
     earlier

You may bring one relative or friend to your appointment

Time for questions will be at Dr. Winkler’s discretion

 

Items to Bring With You 

Care card or Other Medical Insurance card

All your Medication

Any pertinent medical information recently provided to you

 

 Telephone Calls

Mrs. Chartier will record and relay messages and decide their

     priority.

When a callback from Dr. Winkler is necessary, these will be

     done as time allows, usually after clinic appointments are

     completed
 

 Other Things you need to Know

Prescription Refills and most Forms are referred back to your 

     Family Physician.

The need for follow-up with either Dr. Winkler or your Family 

     Physician will be determined at each visit

The goal is to fix your problem
